How to Initiate a Return
Contact us via email at returns@uniquemattress.in or call +91 98765 43210 within 100 nights of delivery. Provide your order number and reason for return.
Eligible Returns
All mattresses purchased directly from uniquemattress.in are eligible for the 100-night trial. Accessories are eligible for return within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.
Conditions
Mattresses must be returned in a clean and dry condition. Products with physical damage, stains from misuse, or modifications are not eligible.
Refund Process
Once we schedule and complete the pickup, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchange
You may exchange for a different model within the 100-night trial. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
